Sanctuary Management Services own and manage Alliance House which is exclusively available to City University students.

To stay at Alliance House you need to apply through City University's Student Centre. An application form is available on their website.

The University decides who is eligible for an offer of accommodation and will send us a list of students to make offers to.

Tenancy Agreement
This is the legal contract you will enter into if you accept a place in our residences.

Students with Disabilities

If you have a disability that may affect your choice of accommodation you should contact the disability officer at your University and either ask them to contact us or write to us directly. The facilities for people with disabilities varies between residences but we will provide full details on application.
