Sanctuary Management Services own and manage three residences for University of the Arts students.

Applications for accommodation are received and processed by the University of Arts, London accommodation office. To apply for a place in one of our residences you need to download an application form from their website and send it to:

The University decides who is eligible for an offer of accommodation at one of our residences. We receive their first nominations in July and send offers at that time.

This is the legal contract you will enter into if you accept a place in our residences.

Students with Disabilities

If you have a disability that may affect your choice of accommodation you should contact the disability officer at your University and either ask them to contact us or write to us directly. The facilities for people with disabilities varies between residences but we will provide full details on application.
